I ordered a medium pizza and wings from here and waited for my tracker to say “delivered” for 47mins. No worries. I finally received a notification saying “How was your delivery with Maaoui?” Funny because I had no delivery. Stillno biggie. I also have tried many pizza places in the area but none compare to the quality and taste of this papa jones specific location. I've been ordering from this Papa Johns for a while, and it's been great, but recently they've outsourced their delivery drivers to DoorDash, and it's just been problem after problem with getting my pizza actually to me. I've had Pizzas marked as delivered that didn't show up until 40 minutes after the fact. Stone cold. I've had pizzas not show up at all. What am I tipping for if they can't get the pizza to me? Every single time I order two pizzas online, I request that BOTH pizzas are square cut! It NEVER happens. I am feeding little people that waste food. I WISH they could get my online orders correct. JUST ONCE. You would think that they would take care of their regular customers. I guess not. I was told they don’t deliver food to your door when you pay with cash. I ordered one time and paid online and left a nice tip They still didn’t come to my door . With that being said, I will either Not order from here anymore or if I do order delivery, I will not be tipping the driver nothing . They only pull up outside and make you come get the food after taking forever

This location is way better then the one where I live in Columbus ohio. Delivery driver was polite and made sure my food was nice and hot. Thank you, keep up the good work. The location in my town could learn from this one lol.
