Last night, I ordered a pizza online for the Papa John's in Greenbelt. But, it did not go through. So, I went to the store at 11PM . Upon entering the store, you could tell that it was completely broken down as if they were closing early. The generalmanager Kate told me they only did delivery. So, I went to my car and made an order for it to be delivered to my place which was5 minutes away. As soon as I made my order online, Kate calls me and told me she doesn't have any drivers and that it would take1 1 2 hours for the delivery, she wanted to cancel my order. Despite reading negative reviews, I decided to give this restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. The lack of good customer service was obvious from the beginning. As a single parent, I ordered a small cheese pizza for my daughter, only to be charged over $13 without being informed about a special deal for a large pizza with one topping for $10.99. With rising costs, I inquired about adjusting my order, but was met with rudeness and told that I had to buy another pizza because the mistake was my own fault. I ordered pizza at 11. 53am for pick up at 7 pm. I got there past 7. The lady I met was very rude and nasty. I told her I had my engine running with kids under age 5 in the car. All I wanted was for her to hand me the pizza as this isn?t my first time goingto the store, I go there at least twice a week for the past 2 years. She kept me waiting for almost 10 minutes. I told her twicethat I just wanna pick up, but she never answered me. After a while , I was told they never made my pizza. This is my first timeof meeting this nasty lady and I need my refund.
Beware of this scamming Papa John 's location! Spent over $125 on pizzas and drinks that took 2 hours to deliver and only received half the order. Asked for the missing items to be refunded and they said I would need to come to the store. Asked tojust have the missing items delivered which they never did. After ordering the delivery was estimated to be 30-40 mins. Icalled after an hour and they said it would be delivered in 31 mins. It took another hour.

Horrible place. Half of the pizza was dry and burnt meanwhile the other half undercooked..? Very confused .... as to how pizza can even do that. Wings were burnt and drying, no Buffalo or bbq sauce smothered on it. Just some on top. Ugh , verydisappointed. Me the fam eat Ledos like once a month and this is by far the saddest. Smh I hope this location improves.
I ordered a pizza and a Pepsi, but only received the pizza. Despite trying to call the restaurant several times, no one answered and the call was eventually disconnected. This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this restaurant. Due to their extremely poor customer service, I will not be ordering from them again.
Not a great Experience. Employee was rude and seemed bothered by us ordering in the restaurant and not online and continued to repeat that the dining area was closed. Food was hot but nothing stood out to garner a return visit.
Always reliable with their pizzas for events, they put a good amount of toppings. I love the square pizzas, they fill the box and my stomach pretty well haha

Before I realized it the pizza was half eaten and we were on drink #4. We ordered a meat eaters. Was hot and Sooo good. Square ?? pizza is awesome ????.
