I placed an online order and was informed it would take 30 minutes. However, two hours later, the order status changed to "delivered," but there was still no sign of the food. It turned out they delivered it to the wrong address. I couldn’t get through to customer service and had to request a refund, but I'm uncertain if I will actually receive it.
We've ordered from this store many times for delivery, but we tried in-store pickup last night and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got our order ready. The customer service was excellent as well, which we really appreciated.
