Terrible! I had my pizza delivered to me. When I rec 'd it, it look like someone was doing flips with the pizza. Toppings all over the place, non on the pizza! AND my soda wasn 't delivered. I bring the boxes of pizza back and they remake it but they had attitudes about it! Like I was causing an inconvenient to their lives. I asked about my soda and they said it wasn 't delivered because they were out of Pepsi. No reimbursement, No call, Nothing! They gave me something else but my question is how you just take someone 's money? Idk what 's wrong with this location but it needs a complete revamp or to be closed! I will be contacting their corporate office.
I placed an order for a large two topping pizza and an order of bread sticks . When i ordered i called to read the order back and to make sure they placed extra garlic Parmesan on the bread sticks . The order came delivery and of course it was wrong . I called to speak to the manager and her name was Tanya Jackson store 416 . She said that she put it on there continued to cut me off and stated that there was nothing she can do and as i was talking she hung up in my face . That’s ridiculous Behavior and i don’t play that . Don’t be in the service industry if you can’t provide customer service . If you don’t like your job quit
I ordered a pizza, a 2-liter drink, and a cup of sauce, but I never received my drink. Additionally, they keep giving me garlic sauce instead of the spicy one I requested. If you don't have the spicy sauce, please remove it from your website. The manager promised to refund me for the sauce but never followed through, and he also said he would bring me my 2-liter drink, which I never got. This Papa John's location really needs to improve; there's always an issue with my orders.
For our first camping trip, we decided to get pizza. Went to Papa Johns, and Micah along with the support of his General Manager, was amazingly attentive to handling my son's food, due to allergy concerns.He also changed his gloves frequently, asked for clarification when unsure about allergens and cross-contamination, and was totally accommodating to me, the anxious parent.On our next camping trip, I know exactly what we'll be having for dinner!

Ordered canceled (10:30pm) after an hour after waiting because driver passed our address (she called and confirmed) but didn't want to turn around. When I talked to manager he told me it was the wrong address until I confirmed it was correct address (which I did) and his remedy was to send another driver with your order in another hour (12pm). Thanks but no thanks
They never make my order right or follow directions on the order. Customer service is horrible and they never answer the phone. I used to really like papa johns and this location has changed my mind on the whole company. I would recommend you STAY AWAY!
Place a delivery online , called for the status because it wasn’t coming up on the app… I been on hold for 30 minutes .
This is how my pizza was just delivered to me… this is ridiculous. They don’t even deserve one star. Save your money

The food was greasy, with too much salt in the cheese and meats, and they skimped on the toppings.
Pizza still good, but cleanliness falling apart. Dough was 4 feet away from me as I paid.
