Hate to be a black sheep in this bunch, but my experience at this chain location was far from what others have suffered. Im thinking it's an imbalance of Yelpers who only write reviews on bad experiences combined with yelpers who never write any reviews. Anyways, I physically walked in on a Friday evening after work, ordered a Shaqarroni with no mods, paid what was due, and waited outside while it was made. 15 mins later, I go back inside, and it's already done. Arriving home, I open the box to find a Shaqarroni with no mods. It couldve had more pepperoni but it was already good to go as is. No smashed pizza, no missing anything, no notable discrepancies, etc.Customer service wasnt bad, but...
TBH this is not bad! I honestly did not have high expectations. We got the The Work pizza with mushroom, olive, onion, pepperoni, sausages, and mozzarella cheese. We got it with epic stuffed crust, which had cheese in the crust. SO GOOD. We got a large but it was smaller than we expected. It was enough to feed four people, though. Soft and perfectly flavored. 10/10. We also got the unsauced roasted chicken and that was alright. This wasn't head over heels delicious, but it definitely exceeded my expectations.
Service was horrible and dishonest, they we’re overcharging me until I question the amount being charge for the order, then they claim that they needed to reset the merchant machine. I went ahead and called the local pizza place to complaint of the occurrence and they manager very rude told me with a really heavy accent “ do you want the order or not” very dishonest and rude location. Do not buy from this place and double check the amount they charge for the order. Need new management or honest ownership.
I've had a really disappointing experience with this restaurant. I've given them multiple chances because I thought Papa John's would be better than Little Caesars. It's not just the employees, even though the food quality has been lacking. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with the owner. I strongly recommend filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We need to hold these low-quality franchises accountable in our neighborhoods. They need to improve!

I’ve ordered from here numerous times, but unfortunately, I feel like the quality is declining. Recently, while on vacation in San Diego, I had pizza from another place that was simply outstanding—perfectly cooked, loaded with sauce, and bursting with flavor. It was a stark contrast to what I've been getting here. What has happened to your pizza? I think it's time for me to move on from this location. I really hope you can improve your quality.
Last time I ordered pizza from here it sucked. Today again .Ordered BBQ chicken Pizza didn't taste any barbecue sauce barely found a piece of chicken. Cheesy bread had no cheese. I used a $15 reward on a $16 order and felt guilty for such a small purchase, so I gave a $4 tip. Unfortunately, the food I received was disappointing. I ordered an extra cheese pizza that barely had any cheese, and the cheese bread was less than half covered in cheese.
Great pizza and service! Easy to order, made fresh, and quick delivery time! Would recommend for parti, work events, just hanging out at home, etc. Prices are reasonable also. Check it ou!

RUDE. Made the wrong pizza and refused to give a refund. some customers don't have time to wait for you to fix your mistake. That's okay the bank will refund me.
I enjoy their papa bowls and their garlic knotts. Not a huge fan of their marinara sauce. The papadias are a great try as well.
