We had dinner reservations for 4. When we reached there, the hostess said she had checked us in and would send us a text message when the table was ready. We waited and waited for the text, my husband then went back to them, and the hostess said, oh yeah, we tried to send a text message, but it did not go through . When we ordered our meal, my daughter had a salad and when she started eating, she found a strand of hair in her salad. It took us ten minutes to get the servers attention. Our server was great, super attentive while made good appetizer recommendation. Trio Dip was fantastic Mexican burger was good, although a bit over boiled. Fish Tacos were disappointing, but I had high expectations. Fish was well cooked not faty, but very little spicy. Tacos did not come together, which was good, but also lime cream, corn and hover were hardly spiced. The costs were high, but at Disney Springs something was expected. Beautiful view over the lake.

Nous avions des réservations mais nous avons été envoyés au bout d'une heure de ligne quoi qu'il en soit. Avec les enfants, nous comptons sur les réservations pour entrer et sortir des restaurants rapidement et sans effondrement pour notre propre santé mentale et l'expérience des autres. Quelqu'un devrait dire à la direction comment fonctionnent les réservations. Nous sommes partis

We were in line for people who actually made reservations on site when we actually made our reservation in advance. The host Alejandra was rude. Food is way overpriced for the poor flavor and quality. Menu shows items that were discontinued 2 years ago. Women’s bathroom was filthy. And front of house service was very poor. Definitely will not be back
