First up was the Hamachi Loin Crudo. While it wasn’t the most visually striking dish, the buttery flavor of the fish really stood out. Next, we tried the Bar Harbor Seaweed Butter Roasted Cod Loin, which was simply melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The Black Trumpet Mushroom Risotto, although not visually impressive, was cooked to perfection. The Lard Seared Quail was juicy and packed with flavor, and the Crispy Suckling Pig had a lovely texture with smoky undertones. For dessert, the Mascarpone Cheesecake was divine, especially with the blueberry puree.
