This place features a great cocktail lounge with drinks and live music in the evenings. While they don’t serve food, you’re welcome to bring in your own, and there's an excellent place next door called Johnston’s that offers fantastic sliders. The drinks at Park Rec are delicious, and they also have some amazing mocktails. I tried the Cruel Summer, Picture of You, and Pink Cadillac. The Cruel Summer was on the sweeter side with a nice pineapple flavor, while Picture of You had a taste reminiscent of cough syrup. The photos can be a bit deceptive; however, I visited on a Saturday night, so it's possible that the mini games are only available during the week. The place was crowded from front to back when I arrived, making it difficult to navigate, and the service was somewhat slow. Given the number of people, though, I can't complain too much. Overall, it’s a pretty cool place.

Super cool place to get a cocktail and hang out with friends. Sometimes they have a DJ in the back room or you can book the room for events like a bridal party/work Christmas party. The bartenders are cool as well.The overall vibe of the place is amazing and would recommend anyone to drop by.It is SUPER packed and busy on the weekends though.

This is the only bar in San Diego that’s actually allowing really good djs to showcase good music. The drinks are really good !!!! I definitely recommend the mezcal cocktails ??? best bar in San Diego

Immediately fell in love with this place. They have it all: different rooms with different vibes, cute atmosphere, a dance hall, nice staff. The bouncer was so nice

I went to the burlesque show here that happens once a month and I HIGHLY recommend!! It is sexy and fun and in a really cute spot within the bar patio!
