Parsons Brewing Company

This establishment offers a tasting menu. While it's a decent brew pub that makes an effort to provide interesting food options to complement the drinks, don’t expect a filling dinner. They have around 10 beers available, and the tasting requires you to choose 4. Our group sampled all of them, and opinions varied from not bad to just okay, with no standout favorites that anyone wanted to order a pint of. We also tried everything on the food menu; it was fine, but nothing truly memorable. The portions were very small and quite pricey. With last call at around 8:30, it made for an early Saturday evening. That said, we did purchase a few cans to take back to the hotel.

Reservation was for 7pm and they’ve told us to better order right away. Within an hour they started cleaning up around us and we were out 75 minutes after. They should not be taking reservations later if they want to close within an hour and a half or should make it clear to the customers. Chicken was not cooked, drinks we ordered were forgotten and needed to remind them.

I brought my family there for lunch as part of our celebration for my mom's 90th birthday, and we could not have been more pleased. The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We love Parsons!

Third time dining and never been disappointed. Food is upscale on flavour and portions good. Staff very pleasant and apologetic due to shortage of wait staff. Réservez une table maintenant

Man what a gem of a place. Great atmosphere, great food, and the people working there are A1. Rustic place that just feels like home, and the beer is legit!
