There are two types of Thai restaurants in the Twin Cities: either Hmong fusion (mostly Thai but some Laos, Vietnamese, and even Korean foods) and then actual Thai resteraunts. Unfortunately, this was Hmong, and possibly the worst I have visited so far. Nothing against Hmong people. I have just found that the best Thai food in the Twin Cities are made by Thai people, especially Lisu Thai cooks.I tried the classics such as wontons and chicken satay. Bland but edible. I also tried the salt and pepper calamari. It was dreadful. The Thai Tea was okay, but pre-mixed in a pitcher. They were out of some of the other items I asked for, and there was no dessert options. They didn 't have Thai coffee...
