Situated on the rooftop of Westgate, Pho serves lovely food and over 40% of their menu is now plant based. Their vegan prawn less crackers are the the only ones I’ve found so far that are identical to the non vegan version. We also had the hot and spicy pho and the Vietnamese curry, both with this isn’t chicken and they were delicious. December 2021 Update Another great experience at Pho, as tasty as last time. Had the green papaya salad hot but very fresh and nice, tofu mushroom hot and spicy pho which is hearty and very filling and the this isn’t chicken curry which has great flavour. tried their vegan 3 mushroom veggie stock pho. it was very nice, and since it was my first vegan pho, I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. I liked how to lay beside the suppe side green, chili and limette so that they can choose their taste.

I ordered vegan pho with tofu and button mushrooms and it was quite good but wasn't the best one I've tried. The soup was a bit cold when they brought it to me and could be a bit more spicy as well.
I really love Pho. it has such filling and healthy options for a main stream restaurant as well as being very accommodating to vegans. My favourite is the 3 mushroom Pho and the veggie salad.
I really liked the soup, there is a variety of options and a lot of extra spices to choose from. There is a student discount. Might get crowded.
Great Food and helpful Service. Many Vegan options. Had spring rolls, crabfree crackers and hot&spicy 3 mushroom noodle soup. Highly recommend
