Pho was delicious. First thing first. If you get a bowl of the Pho, you must first taste the broth without adding any spices. Breadh here was delicious! Usually every Pho place I go to get a big bowl. Here I got a regular bowl and it was full of goodness. As usual I get the dac offer pho. The phonudel here must be fresh noodles. It is soft and has a chewing on it. Delicious! There was so much meat in noodle in a never-ending bowl. The only thing she gave little was a tiny plate of Veggies with the Pho for a 2 order bowl. I asked for another bowl of vegetables because o all sprouts love basil, jalapeños and lime. The meat was boiled properly and the broth was hot enough when you get it, you can disintegrate your steak slices and cook it. Even after that, the bowl was hot! Delicious. Definitely going my place in Quincy.
Beautiful presentation on all dishes! Super deep flavors on the cattle kewers, it was super refreshingly packed in salad. I have the specialty soup Bun Bo Hue replacement with Pho-Nudel and the soup was super tasteful. Lots of meat! It was a mixture of beef and pork, but this is my first time that someone put pork feet and pork into the soup in Bun Bo Hue. Overall, very nice restaurant, beautiful coating, and excellent service! Our server was super friendly and regularly checked for us. It was an amazing experience.
This location- Pho Linh was our formal food and eventually take out since the day Pho Linh open. The pho was good with cattle broth and the amount of meat was right, no less. But in the last few weeks, I and my family members take Pho out. We very disappointed: the price sky rocks, the meat far less, and missing hoisin sauce as well as hot chili sauce. Not recommended for the way they increase the price as mentioned above. Again they were closed this place for some time and only opened a few months.
Always enjoyed the authenticity of the food here whether it is for lunch or dinner. Staff are all knowledgeable and polite. The menu is diverse, and I have never enjoyed anything I have ever ordered there. The food is lush, plentiful and so delicious... you will love it!
