When we arrived at the restaurant, we found that it was closed and available for rent. It was clear that it had been out of business for quite some time. I can't believe OpenTable wasn't aware of this. I felt completely embarrassed and had to look for another place for my friend and me to eat.
The food here was good but the service was sub-par. We went on a Sunday night and it was practically empty, but our server did not do a good job of checking on us. There were multiple times where we attempted to get someone's attention to no avail.
Great food. Nice people. We need a place like this in Streamwood. I wouldn’t call this fine dining at all. It’s a bit expensive, but I would go back many times. I love it. Authentic food, great people, very nice ambiance. I can’t wait to go back!
We reallly liked the saganaki appetizer with pita bites, the greek salad and all the entrees we had. Our waitress spilled a drink but it was ok it didn't get on anyone. Réservez une table maintenant
Piato is a real hidden gem! The authentic Greek food and drinks are absolutely delicious, and the wait staff is very attentive. I will definitely be returning!
Piato is always a phenomenal experience. As a fellow Greek, this place is by far one of the most authentic in Illinois!
