After reading an excellent review in one of our papers, we decided to make a return visit to Piazza Del Sol. I vaguely remember it as being adequate, but not really outstanding - Times may have changed but this restaurant hasn't.It was OK but really not exceptional. I had the homemade Ravioli al Sugo. At $28 it was a healthy serve of ravioli BUT...If you are going to be truly traditional and serve your pasta Al Dente, then it should not be too hard to serve all of them the same way. Four of us decided to check out Piazza Del Sol after glowing reviews in the West Australian Newspaper. We havent been for a little while now, but the food is still exceptionally good and the quality is first class. I cant resist the risotto creamoso and have had a few times now.my wife has the snapper special and was fantastic. we also has the pork special in our group and was beautiful with the caramellised onions. Its well worth the trip from Claremont for a fantastic meal. LATE NEWS i was informed the goat is now available ALL year here as it was only seasonal before. Guess what i am having next time. When you are looking for a casual night with excellent food and easy surrounds then the Piazza del Sol is a great choice. A broad menu including pizza and children choices. Th kitchen staff have built up an excellent record of beautifully prepared and delivered cuisine. The staff has always been very helpful and cheerful which with the casual surrounds brings together a great experience. We have been here many times over the years and it never ceases to please. Try it!

Excellent italian food tucked away in the suburb of Tuart Hill. As visitors from NSW we only got the chance to try this delicious food because of our sister living locally otherwise you would never find it I don't think. Generous portions, interesting choices on the menu and unfortunately too full to try the delicious looking desserts. Nice wine choices and friendly service. My husband had the Capretto al Forno (goat) which was very tender and absolutely delicious.
My favorite place. Love the food love the staff. Yes it can get very noisy, but that is a sign of everyone having a great time. They are happy to change up meals to suit needs. Maybe I should say it's ordinary so it didn't get over booked, but I can't I would like everyone to get to enjoy the place.
This is a great Italian restaurant, been around for ages and its always excellent. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection. The best Italian casual dining in Perth.
This place is across from the college, and I'm sure gets a lot of student business, but I've never seen more than three people in it.

Went for breakfast at 7:30 am on Thursday and they were just standing around not doing anythingThen "josh" the acting manager took our order.
Service is always fast and my food is always warm .
