Piazza - The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus

Disappointing. However, I should start by complimenting our server, Jamie. He was delightful and tried his best. But, he was the only one there and had to do it all--set the tables, pour the water, take and bring the orders, etc. This is the Hyatt! How could they not provide more help. The host ?manager) assisted very very little. The food was just ok. The restaurant opens at 5. We arrived at 7 and they were already out of some dishes including the one I noted online and was most interested in). The sausage soup has 2 little pieces of sausage and was very salty. I've been coming to Piazza for over 10 years and it's always been a wonderful experience! Food is delicious, great variety and beautiful presentation. Friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff. Take your time to relax and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. Love it!

Our waiter, Jaime, was excellent. He was enthusiastic and extremely attentive. The appetizers, main course and desserts were all delicious. Our group had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
