Piccolo Grande Artisan Gelateria

Me and my family have been coming here and enjoying their gelato for basically my entire life. The quality has always been top notch and the people have always been friendly.Their gelato is very flavorful, not too sweet and has a great texture. They also have a large selection of sorbet which are equally as good and are a great choice if you want something refreshing or dairy free.With the amount of places that have been closing since the pandemic, it's comforting to have a constant like Piccolo Grande that you can always rely on for a solid experience.

Yesterday I went into Picolo Grande on Murray Street. • An accessible flat ramp from the street going down .awesome it easier for everyone. Two employees working all of the gelato flavors were out on display each one was soft and creamy easy to pick up and put into the cup size. I asked for medium size cup and picked out 2 flavors Bacio and Ameratto both were delicious together . I have not had soft Gelato quite like this since coming back from Rome.

I had a wonderful experience at the ice cream cafe. The ice cream was exquisite, the ambiance was clean and comfortable. Although we encountered a minor issue where the waiter initially served the wrong coffee, they promptly corrected the mistake without any additional charges. I appreciated their quick resolution and still enjoyed my visit.

First time in Ottawa. I’m so glad we came across piccolo grande. Nothing beats a late night walk and a lemon gelato. Service was great and the gelato was second to none. Well done! I might come back to Ottawa because of your gelato. Réservez une table maintenant

Tasty, clean Gelato place. Bit of a hidden gem away from the central byward market but all the better. Lots of flavors, fast and friendly service. Was very busy but did not take long at all.

Amazing gelato, not too sweet. I had the pistachio and the hazelnut flavors in a cone. The place has nice calmer vibes, as it is nestled slightly away from the byward market. 100% recommend!

Delicious gelato and a variety of flavours to choose from. The Bacio is incredible, so was pistachio.Prices are reasonnable but expect long lines on beautiful days.Would recommend

Wow!I loved this place, I ordered the Nocciola and it was delicious. The portions are big and they will let you try another flavours. Réservez une table maintenant

It is definitely one of the best Ice cream spots I have tried the mango and cherry were really good flavors!
