Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. There were several staff members on duty, but with not many customers, the atmosphere felt rather cold and unhelpful. We waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken and another 30 minutes for our plates to be cleared after we finished eating. The staff spilled water all over our table and did not clean it up. They also seemed to ignore our empty plates as they walked by. We had to ask for several items multiple times, and even then, they never arrived. As for the food, it was decent but not exceptional. Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant, especially since this was our second visit.
I really enjoyed the food and drinks! The service was excellent at the beginning of the meal, but it seemed like they forgot about us after the main course. It would have been nice if the servers had checked in on us to see if we wanted coffee or tea after lunch, instead of us having to approach them for service. We only discovered that they had cakes available for takeout or to eat there when we were paying the bill near the cake display. I’ve already made a reservation for Monday because I loved the food and coffee so much, and I'm hoping that the service will be attentive throughout our visit.
Service was pretty good especially for a busy day. It a nice venue but keeps struggling for a decent chef. Food was fairly average. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly and a bit soggy and doughy. Kids offer was deep fried pieces of chicken thigh which was a bit tough and fatty. Middle eastern chicken salad was nice.
A staff member advised us the menu is outdated and when we got the bill, outside of the surcharge we found out the menu prices have increased which resulted in $48 extra. The hashbrowns were disgusting and overly flourly, I made a booking to sit outside and there was a table available at the time I arrived.

The service was very professional and personalised to suit all customer types. The food was really affordable and beautiful. This was the second time I have dined there and it certainly will not be the last.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived quickly, which is a big plus when dining with young kids.
