Wow! This isn't just a convenient spot for take-out; this place truly invests in the customer experience as well as the food. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, just what you hope to find in a neighborhood restaurant. The quality of the food is outstanding—delicious, fresh, and authentic. I was particularly impressed to see the staff using a thermometer to check the temperature of every grilled chicken that came off the BBQ, which speaks volumes about their food safety standards, something I greatly appreciate. Vegans, you’ll love this place—it’s perfect for dining with friends. Easily deserving of 5 stars! Vegetarian options? Absolutely, including plenty of vegan choices!
Very professional. Guy was cutting white meat chicken for me, he saw it was still raw (didn't look raw to my eyes), he tested the chickens temperature, confirmed it was raw, and started cooking it again. He then told his co workers to not use the cutting board for the meats (it was contaminated), then switched it out. They were very nice, and we came in late, 10 min before close. Normally the workers at other chains are short and sometimes rude when customers come in before close. They were not, they were respectful and polite.
I visited the restaurant tonight (10/16) at 8:45 PM, just 15 minutes before closing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting and exceptional service I received. The two gentlemen at the front were extremely friendly and showed no hesitation about my late arrival. It's quite impressive to find such positive attitudes nowadays. Very nice and attentive staff! I asked what a falafel was and mentioned I'd never tried it before and they immediately offered to fry one up real quick for me to try! (On the house! Very sweet of them to offer! And it was very yummy and I will order some next time! Busy but not too long of a wait. The food was really good just a little pricey. I would recommend it to anyone.
