I should have listened to the reviews instead of placing an order. I placed a delivery order and the tracking screen constantly showed that the order was being prepared, so the tracking system was unreliable. I never received the order, and when the delivery driver finally called me, he was rude and yelled at me. I called the restaurant three times, and initially they said I would receive a refund, which I did not believe. After the delivery driver called again, the person on the phone said the manager would call me. What a disaster. Now I have to contact the restaurant and dispute the charge with my bank.
For well over 5 years or so, I have patronized Pizza Boli's. During Sept 2021, did I stumbled upon this location. its' not far from UMD, but it's sorta hid from the main street. It's located in a shopping center., sorta behind another one and a few gas stations. The staffer who waited on us was laid back, yet professional!!! The food temperature was hot on the wings and pizza and cold and fresh on the salad. It was a rather large salad that we ate off for two days. That crab pizza is epic and such a MD thing to consume NEVER take it off the menu.
The restaurant serves tasty pizza, cheese steak, wings, and fried food. However, the Italian sub/hoagie/grinder is the worst I have ever had, and I have tried many from various places. It had large chunks of ham steak, bologna, and limp vegetables. Perhaps they should stick to making hot sandwiches because the other items were good, but the Italian sub was truly terrible.
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I have been a customer for over 6 years, and when I called to inform them that my pizza was made incorrectly, they were extremely rude and disrespectful. There is a clear bias against women here, as they seem to feel entitled to speak to them in a condescending manner. I would prefer to go elsewhere for better service. Réservez une table maintenant
