Good quality and consistency is the hardest thing to find anywhere. I’ve not once had a bad experience or been let down in the quality of my pizza(s), I’ve ordered upwards of 40+ pizzas from them since living in the area. I battled with quality anywhere near as good as pizza d’oro over the whole lower north shore. The service is fast and friendly and no matter how long you’ve been going there they make you feel like you’ve been going there for years. The price is super reasonable for what you get! Could not recommend a joint anymore than this one!
Got takeaway from the Vietnamese restaurant one night but could not resist the wonderful aromas of roasted garlic and herbs coming from this pizza shop. Came back the next night to try the pizza for first time. Had the King prawn pizza which came with free garlic bread promotion. Pizza smelt just like the shop. Prawns were plentiful and juicy, not over cooked.dough was medium thickness and nice and fluffy. Excellent pizza, will be back to try other flavours. Owner is friendly and welcoming.
Simply WOW! That had to be one of the best pizza feeds I have ever had! Ordered from Menulog and it was delivered hot and fresh, like WOW! The toppings were loaded, the meat was a good balance and it wasn’t badly priced, even for Menulog, again, WOW. I got a meat lovers with chicken and garlics and cheese pizza. Seriously, if you’re after some mean dough and toppings then it’s hard to beat this place! I will say it yet again for the slow ones, it was WOW!
This is like Little Italy and the streets of New York right here in St Leonards. I cannot recommend enough the charm and welcome of Michael the owner. The Pizza is delicious and you can also find a wonderful drop of wine. Pizza toppings are generous- bonus ! Michael knows the community, having a chat with all the neighbours passing by. I’ve lived by Michael and Pizza Doro for over a year now and they are by far the best pizza joint in town. Michael and his team take customer service to the next level. The food is always hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. There is nowhere else I eat pizza from these days. This is how Italian food should taste and to be treated with respect and polite staff is always refreshing. Thank you Pizza Doro!
Best Pepperoni pizza in Sydney! I do not say that lightly. Such a friendly vibe inside and always great to support a local Australian/Italian family who is SO passionate about what they do. Great customer service and even better food made with fresh ingredients. Also notice the cheese is properly cooked, not rushed out of the oven! Thanks Pizza D'Oro!
INCREDIBLE obviously too excited I couldn’t wait to tuck into a slice before I took a snap of this *drools* This place is such a great community base, the owner Michael is your quintessential Italian legend and will always look after his customers like family. Cant recommend it enough! Great pricing, amazing value.
Was told about Pizza D'Oro while staying at the Quest nearby. Glad we ordered our dinner from there, the pizzas were absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of topping and the perfect base made for full flavour pizzas. Do not hesitate to recommend this place. Know where I will eat next time I stay in the area. Réservez une table maintenant
The friendly service we received from Pizza D'Oro, especially when you are not from the city, was followed up with the taste of the most delicious and flavoursome pizza and garlic bread. Looking forward to trying Nonna's Special Pasta before we leave the city. No hesitation in recommending Pizza D'Oro.
