On May 7, 2023, I called to place my order. The manager on duty at 8 PM didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and claimed there was no note about the half-and-half pizza. He even insisted that my previous order was placed online, which I had never done. After some back-and-forth and the manager talking over me, they finally agreed to let us pick it up.
When my husband went to get the pizza, the staff didn’t look him in the eye, didn’t offer him a drink, and didn’t provide any plates. They treated him as if I were trying to pull a fast one. I understand mistakes happen, but we felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. We won’t be ordering from there...
If you want pizza today, you need to order two weeks in advances. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. Ordered three large at 11:26 am. At 1:06 pm. Called. They said they still hadn’t made them.Awful. Awful. Do not recommend.UPDATE: store manager called. Very apologetic. Appreciate the phone call.
Everyone was extremely nice. I ordered 3 ranches but only charged me for 2. Must of thought I said 2 but when I let them know they gave it to me at no extra cost. Extremely grateful and the nice young woman complimented on my tattoo therefore making me feel welcomed to the restaurant. Definitely
Has always been one of my favorite pizza places. I knocked off a star for Atmoshere cuz the one here in West Sac is takeout only, so you're just in and out. The pizza has great topping, good crusts and fair prices, and occasional specials.

Food two hours late, wrong order came, spoke to manager regarding issue and he was rude and blamed us saying it was our mistake. They should take pointers and restaurant manners from The Chicago Fire Pizzeria! Now they are a class act!
Arguably the best pizza in West Sacramento! The sauce and cheese are perfectly balanced, and the crust is just the right thickness—neither too thick nor too thin. I likely order from them once a week.
This is my go-to pizza place every week. California almost never has NYC-style pizza, but this spot really brings me back home. Thank you for consistently serving up excellent pizza!
Pizza Guys always has constantly great food!!! Tried a calzone from there for the first time and it was AMAZING!!! Repeat customer for life ??????

Not a bad little pizza chain, I think they definitely have potential to be something great. 5 years later and they are only 10 times better!
