I believe that nearly any other restaurant in town could have served a better pizza than this place. Out of ten cinnamon sticks, only four had the proper amount of cinnamon and sugar. The dough on my Buffalo chicken pizza, which I ordered with extra chicken, was thinner than my wife's bobby pins, and it felt like they really skimped on the chicken. Having worked in a pizzeria myself, I still left a generous tip out of pity, but now I regret it and wish I had been brave enough to ask for it back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. On a positive note, the bacon and cheese sticks were well done.
Ordered pizza at 3:52 pm to be delivered at 6pm. It's 6:32 and still no pizza. I call to inquire, dude is rude and tells me there are no drivers on Thursdays. I ask when my pizza will arrive and am told he doesn't know, and whenever s dasher decides to pick it up. Well the website sure didn't mention they had no drivers and that it would probably be delayed. Had I known that I wouldn't have ordered there. He did not offer any discount or anything to relieve the situation. I'll never order here again. Oh. And the pizza was cold upon arrival. Thanks a lot pizza hut.
I've been ordering pizzas from this restaurant for some time now while staying at the hotel for work. The pizzas are just average for a chain restaurant. Today, I decided to give their boneless wings a try and was really let down. They were quite small, especially given the steep price of $1 each. I even placed a pop can tab next to them for size reference. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The restaurant provides excellent service and tasty food; however, the management from out of state leaves much to be desired. Drivers are now required to hand over all tips, including cash, and they are not getting any pay raises. They are only compensated at minimum wage.

We ordered online. They cancelled the order without telling us. The online tracker still says order confirmed. We had to call the corporate customer service to find out. I sure hope they refunded us. They close in 5 minutes, but we ordered over an hour ago.
Only reason why this place got one star cause they don’t allow me to put zero stars on the review. It’s like talking to the damn Taliban. Can’t understand a word they said. And can’t judge on the food because it didn’t come. But we paid for it. They suck!
One star only because that's the lowest possible. Not going to bother with all the details just that I will never go back.
The door was locked, and I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I won't be going back.

Cancelled mu order after ordering 2 hours before close. Bullshit customer service. Don't recommend.
Charged me to upgrade to cheese sticks and gave me bread sticks. Pizza wasn't cooked all the way.
