I had a carry out order meat lovers with extra cheese..I called back the manager on duty told me the ONLY thing she could do for me tonight was for me to bring the pizza back and she would replace it I explained that I had already gotten home and if they want to fix the issue they can send a driver to bring me the correct pizza…I forgot she answers the phone saying we are no longer taking deliveries 7:45pm she was very snappy and rude “What I can do for you tonight is this” Awful customer service I ask for the store Manager and she stated that she would return Monday and hung up the phone. I will never go there again, it’s sad they mess up your food have an attitude about it NEVER AGAIN…I will be calling cooperate
ordered middle paprika got all the way to home no paprika. Obviously, employees can not read properly. someone said I had to bring back that they would replace. Yeah, we're not there where we wasted gas and pizza tastes like mixed. this pizza hat is here in the city no edible option more. no more. when the upper management reads their reviews, they get their employees trained if they can't read or understand order to get them out of the kitchen. have they lost us the assessment by reviews many more plus no one there at 5:30?
The food was perfect, looked just as good as the advertising. The delivery time was very fast honest. It didn't take an hour to get my order.
