No matter what you order, the food is good, but the state of food is always missing. If you choose frits, they are dry and cold when you get cinnamon sticks, they do not have enough cinnamon when you get wings there is at most a tiny puddle sauce on the bottom, so you know that the wings hardly have, and when you get pizza, the crust is not baked. On the Gambrills spot of Reidel Rd, his was like this for the last few years.
Our delivery took over 2 hours and when we called the store they were incredibly rude despite our trying to be understanding of the weather conditions. The man on the phone was entirelt unprofessional and raised his voice at my wife when he confused our order with another. Our pizza was old and tasted as if it had been sitting for a while and was reheated. Everything about this experience was unacceptable.
The "Detroit deluxe pizza" fell short of delivering the authentic texture and flavor associated with Detroit or New York style pizza. It lacked the characteristic oiliness and proper seasoning of oregano and other spices. Additionally, the toppings were quite sparse and disappointing, overshadowed by a fluffy dough that dominated the overall experience. Thank you.
pizza hat destroyed it again! the pan pizza, the cheese pens and the cinnabon cimtrolls were all spectacular. the delivery was not only accurate, but was also delivered at a busy Friday night. the supplier was also very nice and gave some other recommendations for specials for the future. very satisfied. the pizza was hot and delicious. the service was good and the staff was polite. the only minor problem is that the dining table was not as clean as I would have preferred. I think that's probably because if I had to endanger a suspect, 90 of their business is probably off. but.
