Pizza Hut - Réservation de table

I ordered a pizza and a soda, but my order never arrived due to a mix-up with my phone number. While my email was correct, I called the restaurant and was told that the issue would be fixed. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received my order, so I called back and was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they offered to remake my order and have it redelivered. About 10 minutes after that, they called back asking if I could come pick it up, but I informed them that I couldn’t. Eventually, the order was delivered 30 to 40 minutes later. Requested curbside delivery and sat for 20 minutes after the app said my order was ready. I called to verify my car and still no one brought my food. People came and went so I went in the store. Two young men standing there had my order just sitting on the counter. They verified the order was for the black lexus but gave no reason why it was just sitting on the counter. I angrily took my order and all they could say was sorry mam. I should had requested a refund.

I used delivery service. I requested notification of delivery by ringing the doorbell. That didn't happen. I ordered red pepper flakes. That didn't happen. What did happen is that they charged $5.50 for a delivery charge and I was asked to give a tip for the driver. I did $6.16). Shouldn't the delivery fee be given to the one that delivered the pizza? Why are we asked to do both? My total for a large pepperoni pizza and an order of bread sticks came to $40.39!

I never checked my online order, never came into the car for the disadvantage, never answered the phone. When I got frustrated and went to the house, STARTED my order. An article... I went inside after 30 minutes to see what the stop was this time to say that they make WILL START the other element, but now the first. Article was cold, so... they started the whole order AGAIN. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse, it is not even near authentic. You shouldn't call yourself a restaurant. The mood and food feels ridiculously whitewashed.
