I ordered 2 pizzas for a 5:15pm curbside pick up. I did not get my 1st pizza until 5:40 and after waiting another 25 mins i finally went inside to get my other pizza which was sitting on a table with about 7 other pizzas and the lady had to look through each box to find mine. I realize Friday nights are busy but there was little organization and or not enough people working. I will not be going back to this pizza hut or another pizza hut anytime soon.
Ordered there New pizones or whatever they are calling then now and every single one came crunched in the corner of there flimsy boxes and had tomatoes(merinara) sauce and was advertised with garlic or Alfredo. Called store. No answer. Calledheadquarters they said someone would get back to me yet here I wait after spending 43 bucks on trash. I would add pictures ifI could
Horrible! No one answers the phone. They lie by turning off delivery tracking, lie about times delivery will happen, mark the order in your account as delivered when it?s not, and show up two hours later with old and cold pizza and offered nothing Shouldbe a minor inconvenience but it?s much more when you have a starving family waiting
I’ve grown up eating Pizza Hut, and it has always been the best pizza since I was a child. Now that I have a child of my own, I want her to enjoy the best pizza too. It’s hard to find both high-quality pizza and excellent customer service, but that’s exactly what Pizza Hut delivers—great pizza and outstanding service. Thank you! Réservez une table maintenant
Ordered through the app. Pizza showed up just left on the ground, no notification of delivery and the nice seals placed on the box broken. Call but no answer, just times out. 1st time ordering pizza back in the US after time in South Korea. Sad to see what COVID has done to basic customer service.
Never go to this Pizza Hut they are horrible. I ordered a pizza arrived to picked and girl is going to tell me they had a rush and didn?t get a chance to put the pizza in the oven. I hope they close this location.
I ordered a pizza at 9 PM, get the constant updates on it, they tell me it?s out for delivery, then it just never shows up! These people will take your money, then just steal the product!
Customers service is disgusting. Never received my order for whatever reason. I called time and time again to be left on hold, hung up on, and lied to about pizza. So weird. Never again Réservez une table maintenant
The chicken wings were tasty. I would have rated them highly, but the box seemed to have been shaken, causing all the sauce to spill and make a big mess when we opened it.
