I am a regular customer. I ordered a medium size pizza yesterday (half pepperoni and half cheese) for my kids.,I usually call them in advance prior for my pick-up time (3hrs or more in advance). Got our pizza on time but when we got home I noticed my pizza are not the same size as the pepperoni. The pepperoni is a medium size and the cheese came from the small size pizza as the cheese appears more smaller in size than the usual medium size pizzas. So dissapointing for the laziness and giving a paying customer a reconstructured pizza. Not going to recommend to family or friends. Will not be buying our pizza there anymore!
This is not a dine-in restaurant. Although it is a Pizza Hut, the service and quality are consistent with what you would expect from the brand, especially for delivery. You’ll receive a good amount of toppings on your pizzas. Additionally, if you didn’t know, their website has deals that allow you to bundle pizzas together at a discount, which can give you great value for your money.
I don’t know how the staff is trained, but this is completely unacceptable. This wasn’t my first experience either; the last time I came for a Caesar salad, that same guy handed it to me with cheese crumbs still on his fingers. The owner really needs to take this more seriously and provide proper training for the staff. I will never return to this location again.
