Polanco Modern Mexican Steakhouse

We ordered the New York bone-in steak and the Wagyu sirloin, and there was a clear difference between the two. The sirloin felt somewhat lackluster and bland, whereas the bone-in New York steak was fantastic—full of flavor and reminiscent of a marbled ribeye. Overall, it was a good experience despite the underwhelming sirloin. I would recommend Polanco if you're seeking a steakhouse experience with a twist.

Incredible! This restaurant offers fresh takes on classic dishes, set in a stunning atmosphere with exceptional service. The drink menu is truly exceptional. If you're staying at the Ayer's Hotel or nearby, it's a must-visit. Pro tip: be sure to make a reservation, even if it's a weeknight.

Charming restaurant! Our food and drinks were quite enjoyable. The service was a bit slow, but considering it was New Year’s Eve and our server had many tables to attend to, it was understandable. I would definitely return for a dinner in the future.

Good steakhouse.. The actual steaks are good and the drinks are tasty since they have a smoke blend consistency. The appetizers aren't too bad but nothing great either. I had the fillet mignon with a side of mashed potatoes. Réservez une table maintenant

THE best customer service from everyone in this restaurant from host to server. Orlando was the best. The food was great especially the drinks and tomahawk steak. The restaurant is located inside hotel.
