Pooja used to offer authentic flavors and was always a favorite for over a decade. However, in my recent order, both the chicken korma and methi mutter malai tasted bland and similar, resembling a flavorless cream sauce with just some tomatoes, cornstarch, and methi leaves mixed in. They lacked the rich and traditional creamy gravies that each dish should have. The only distinction between the two was that one contained boiled chicken and the other had boiled peas. It's clear that this place has changed significantly.

Please don't waste your money here; you ruined our special day. I genuinely feel sorry for this being an Indian restaurant, as well as for the Indian waitress who didn’t understand our order. Furthermore, there was no courtesy shown in apologizing for the incorrect food placements. We weren't even provided plates for the main course! We had a good impression at first, but the experience turned sour. It was disappointing, and I urge you not to spend your money here, especially for a special occasion.

It was pretty and pleasant family dinner. It seems they have not few things, and his can be due for late Sunday night. The tomato soup seems as if it were directly from canned food and warmed up in the microwave. Even the Naan felt like he was out of his pocket and heated in the preheated oven... The daal was not properly cooked, as it was some water. The disc bowl was slightly smaller than expected, but it was good in taste. Overall it was pleasant meal.

The food and service were outstanding. You absolutely have to try the Lamb Chops—they are out of this world! I can't wait to return with more friends. The owner, Ricky, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about his dishes.

#186. House Special truly has it all! Despite the abundance of amazing Indian restaurants, Pooja remains my ultimate favorite!
