My experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was disappointing. I ordered spicy chicken strips and was told there would be a 15-minute wait, which I agreed to. After waiting outside for about 8 to 10 minutes, the order arrived, but I immediately sensed something was wrong. When we got to Howey in the Hills, my son was hungry, so my wife gave him some of the strips, only to find they weren’t spicy at all. Although I was willing to wait, it felt like they tried to slip a wrong order past us. I recommend double-checking your order from the menu carefully before leaving Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
