For the safety of the employees, having bulletproof drive-thru windows would be a wise addition. There also needs to be garbage bins placed outdoors and street lights installed in the back area for better visibility.
Furthermore, the current setup at the drive-thru is not very user-friendly; the small board on the ordering machine is hard for customers to see. It would be better to replace it with a larger sign that’s easily readable.
Lastly, the menu offerings could be adjusted. Donuts would make a great breakfast option, while cookies should be available as a dessert option after lunch or dinner, perfect for family meals. It would be more appealing to offer cookies in packs of three or...
My partner ordered a meal, but what he got was quite disappointing, as it seemed they simply reheated the chicken in the microwave. He insists that's their method! We've never experienced this at other locations. The quality is not up to par with other Popeyes restaurants. As a result, I've chosen not to return. It's not worth going out of my way for this. I really don't understand how some people can run a restaurant without caring about the quality! Just look at all the negative reviews!
This location is not the Best, I went to the window to receive my Fiod and I asked for an extra biscuit didn't receive it. I also was had the window slammed in my face twice and when I asked to have my money back a refund he gave it back to in dimes as ask for the 2 dollars I gave him, and he said he has no idea what happened to it. He was so nasty to me for reason I just wanted dinner so I called corporate and a District Manager was suppose to get back to me 1 week later and no reply.
I placed an order through UberEats and received a note stating, "No spicy spread makes the sandwich NOT spicy." As a customer, I should be able to choose whatever I want, and I found that very disrespectful. Additionally, the food I received was quite old. No one assisted me or responded to my concerns. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This restaurant has seriously lost its touch. The chicken, fries, and sandwiches were greasy and disorganized, almost as if they were hastily prepared. I used to be a big fan of Popeyes, but not anymore! I didn’t rate it with 5 stars; it automatically defaults to that when you select 1 star!
I've ordered from this restaurant several times, and I've never encountered any problems—except for the sauces. I always request extra and pay for them, but they never seem to arrive. The chicken is consistently delicious, and the fries are fantastic; I can't complain about those!
If you peek behind the counter in the warmer, you'll discover an endless supply of perfectly cooked, juicy chicken pieces. Whether you like white meat or dark meat, they've got you covered. It's truly outstanding!
The 3-piece Handcrafted Tenders Combo was not worth the price. I was disappointed and won't be ordering from this location again.
