There was a noticeable lack of empathy from her regarding my son's condition, and no offers of accommodations were made. It certainly sounded like they had no intention of disposing of the sauce anytime soon. If you're seeking genuine, fresh Italian cuisine along with good customer service, I would advise looking elsewhere. My family and I have decided we will not return. It takes years to build customer loyalty, but only moments to lose it, and trust me, this restaurant has definitely lost ours.
The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were quite reasonable, and the waitress was extremely friendly. I had the eggplant parm hero, and it was fantastic. My friends also enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to visit again. It has a warm, neighborhood atmosphere, so there's no need to dress up. They have an appealing dinner special with all the sides that I might try next time when I'm extra hungry.
I recently visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, I did not enjoy the food. On my first visit, the chef added way too much black pepper, but the meal was still somewhat acceptable. However, during my second visit, the food was frankly not good at all, which I found quite disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, but despite that, I wouldn't choose to return.
After a long day, I ordered the eggplant rollatini and chicken parmesan for dinner, and both dishes were incredibly tasty. The sauce was flavorful without being greasy, and the sandwich was beautifully layered. We will definitely return!

Poppys isn't much to look at as it is old time small restaurant seating area after waking them the bar. But the service and food are always top Noth and you definitely are made to feel at home and a regular even if it's your first time
Amazing customer service! The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was incredibly tasty, and the decor is absolutely beautiful! It's the ideal spot for a date night. Although it is a bit expensive, it's certainly worth it.
Little dated but still nice and homey feel. Food was good, portion sizes were nice. In and out in an hour. Good for a night out if you have kids too
Our meal here was so delicious! We are glad that we made reservations as this place filled up fast. The service and food was amazing! Recommended!

We went for an engagement party for my son. It was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Calamari was wonderful. The only issue was that there was a bit of a wait time for food.
