I went to Porter's Prime Steakhouse in Ontario, CA for dinner after attending the Comic Con Revolution 2024 event at the nearby Convention Center. It had been many years since my last visit to a Porter's, and I was delighted to find that the ambiance and quality of the restaurant remain unchanged! The dining experience was fantastic; the steak was expertly cooked, and the shrimp were surprisingly large and had an excellent texture. My husband and I enjoyed an early dinner at Porter's on Mother's Day. Over the years, we've found that dining out for dinner on this day tends to be much less crowded than during brunch or lunch. Porter's had plenty of staff, and our food was served promptly. We tried the special Mother's Day menu, sharing the prime rib and the rack of lamb, both of which were delicious! The dinner rolls, especially the cranberry nut ones, were incredibly addictive. However, we would have preferred a simple garden salad instead of the Caesar salad provided. My dinner was amazing, i always have issues/look of disapproval when i order my prime rib medium chard but not here steak came out perfectly. The waitress was supposer friendly and welcoming, absolutely no dislikes. Food came out quite quickly as i got there a few minutes they opened so bare that in mind. If im ever in the ontario area again i would definitely go out of my way to dine here again.
Had a lovely dinner at this restaurant. Enjoyed a variety of dishes including Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, mashed potatos, green beans, shrimp cocktail, broccolini. Everything was fantastic, with the exception of the chicken breast which was dry. The server compensated our table with lovely desserts. Ambiance was relaxing, nice experience overall.

We brought our daughter here to celebrate her 7th birthday, and everything was fantastic. She really enjoyed herself and was excited to eat at a nice restaurant. We had a group of eight, but the service was excellent. Our server was attentive, and our drinks were always filled. The ambiance was lovely too. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
This was our second time celebrating a birthday at this restaurant, and definitely won't be the last!! We had a wonderful time, an amazing meal, great drinks and best of all, the best customer service! The porterhouse was cooked to perfection and if O could recommend anything, it would definitely be the Broccolini!! Amazing!
We were seated right away. The waiter was wonderful. The food was excellent. We ordered the ribeye and the prime rib. They were both perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I have to say, whenever I go out to eat for steaks, I never eat the whole meal. This time I ate my entire meal. I will definitely be going back soon.
Decent for a hotel restaurant. They should do a little remodeling make it feel a little more modern. It feels a bit 1990s decor and most of the hotel is updated. Carpet etc would make a difference.

Excellent service, clean. Hot baked rolls, tough crust. Chicken breast dry. Shrimp in salad tasty and extra large. Crab cakes burned on the bottom. Food needs improvement for the price.
