I was at Po's today, and the ambience of the place was just perfect for the occasion. To begin, only to check-in on Yelp, we have two free spring rolls that were light and full of fresh vegetables, scrumptious. I had the house Mei Fun and my date had the chicken of General Tso. Both were absolutely delicious. Extra fresh vegetables made the dishes pop with taste, and the Mei Fun was not in the little greasy, unlike Mei Fun I had in other places. Bright quiet atmosphere. The Broad menu includes create-your-Own entrees. Always several delectable SPECIAL articles. Main components are obviously fresh. Loves the light Thai influence. Rich portions, beautifully presented and moderately favorable. Wait staff is friendly, well informed about ingredients of all dishes, and very good service. Of great importance for me, there are many gluten-free options, and the boss will change a non-GF court if possible alternative sauces. For a person with medical need, this is a God-send. This place is hands down the best Chinese foods around. Before I found Po's, I had abandoned eating Chinese food because I couldn't tolerate how thirsty it made me and how terrible my stomach felt after eating... after several recommendations to Po's, we were regular weekly. Between my husband and me (together with many of our dinner guests) we tried a wide selection of their menu items. Everything was top notch. It does not drip with oil, the vegetables are fresh and plentiful and the protein components are likewise abundant. So I brought another friend to see the leak Po's on Wednesday night. Of course she loved it and is now also a Po's fan! Seriously, who wouldn't be! Really? I had my favorite crispy shrimps. YUM! She had the best drunk noodles ever! I almost forgot, we started with homemade dumplings. To die? Yes! And we had the beautiful Megan as our server. Great food and another great visit to Po's!

My wife and I have waited 6 years for a restaurant like this to come to East Hampton! It's on par with places you'd find in West Hartford or Glastonbury without the drive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and courteous. This will be a weekly place for us!
