Potbelly is great for a quick lunch and extremely kid friendly. There are numerous ways to customize your meal, whether it?s making your sandwich skinnier or adding extras like avocado. It?s a very good value for the money. Their cookies are not to be missed, especially the oatmeal chocolate chip and the chocolate brownie cookie. The chain is very consistent. In terms of decor, the restaurants have a retro ?home? feel with lots of wood accents reminiscent of an older house. There are also lots of vintage-style posters on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at Potbelly in Midtown today after meeting Scottie Pippen at Spec?s a couple of blocks away. The mac cheese was exquisite, it washed down very well with Scottie?s ?Digits? whiskey bourbon at home; the wreck sandwich with the hot peppers was also excellent. Thanks Potbelly, enjoyed my experience here today.

this evening and they were clearly barely occupied. tee was the only one who worked and there were 6-7 people in the restaurant. she has our food fast and was very friendly.
