I was provided with a gluten free menu and thought excellent, lot's of choice, however, they only list the obvious allergens such as gluten, sadly onions and onion powder are the devil so I wanted to know if the tomato sauce contained any, they didn't know and sais the manager would come over, i never saw the manager, i would suggest as the sauces come in a can they had no idea do just didn't bother coming back to me, i played it safe with a salad of which the lettuce was brown and looked way past its best. Service was incredibly slow which you don't want in your lunch break, all in all not a good experience and wouldn't go back
We visit here normally monthly and love the food for a family treat. On this visit there was a lot of annoying little flies around the tables by the bar end of restaurant. When our mains arrived they landed in my dinner and husbands drink. We asked to move tables and the waiter took away the drink and mains which was barely touched. He returned with a new glass but no drink for my husband and did not replace the mains. It seems the flies were coming from Air conditioning as were all on the ceiling. Such a shame as normally much better service.
Slightly better than ask Italian. I have visited twice in the resturant I had garlic bread, posh pepperoni pizza drinks were mocha , lemoncello porn star cocktail. I won’t be recommending it sorry there is a lot there wont be coming again. Then I come again I had the salmon , penne broccoli meal spicy hot. It didn’t wow me so I won’t be bothering again. Ask Italian is the same level. So sorry your not a winner here. Frankie bennys is slightly better out the 3. Prezzo is in the middle 2nd place spot. Which leaves ask Italian 3rd.
Very busy, friendly staff, ordered burger and pizza. After 40 minutes and our drinks had to give up waiting for food and leave. When I pointed out the people on the next table came in after us but still received their food before us, the waitress said it was because they had ordered 2 pizzas. Obviously this answer made no sense. I asked for the bill and left. If we’d been informed there was a lengthy wait for food and depending on what you ordered, determined when you got your food, then we would have left sooner. Réservez une table maintenant
Title sums it up. Visited this restaurant on Friday with my partner. I went for the crab and lobster ravioli. It was drowned in a cream sauce which somehow managed to overpower the flavour of the ravioli filling. Could have been any filling to be honest I could not detect any flavour and at just under £18 for the dish was exorbitantly over priced. Absolute third rate. Needless to say, but I will, l won't be going to a Prezzo again. Life to short to tolerate such a woeful excuse for Italian cuisine.
We had a lovely meal on Thursday evening , We had calamari and garlic balsamic to share for a starter and then we had Crab lobster ravioli for the mains. The food was well cooked and presented but there was not much filling in the ravioli all pasta and about 2 grammes of crab.
Pleasant modern surroundings, efficient and friendly server, but crikey, it was expensive. £94 two courses two people plus olives for one and coffee for two. (We paid less because we had a 25% off coupon, but the full price was that. Better menu choices than in the past.
