This is a very understated restaurant but great. We've been here a few times and love it. It only has a few tables but we've been fortunate enough to get a table each time. The menu is varied but we have had the same each time. The dumplings are great, tasty and just the way dumplings should be. However it's the sliders that are the star of the show....or maybe it's the brioche buns! We did try the duck on our last visit....what a great addition. Wonderfully cooked and the sauce is to die for.A great local restaurant where it's for a cheap eat locally or a destination on a night out.

Pu'er is an Asian eatery inspired by Chinese tea houses.Opened for both lunch and dinner 6 days a week, so there's no excuse not to visit Pu'er! After inspection of the menu, it is evident that Pu'er and their team of chefs had their thinking caps on whilst constructing the dishes. It is easy to see how the items on this menu have been inspired not only by China, but other specific regions of Asia such as Thailand and Vietnam! You would need a couple of visits to Pu'er to enjoy the full range of items. One sitting is definitely not enough stomach space!

This is one heck of a great little restaurant. The food is brilliant, service is outstanding and the prices are really reasonable. We had quite a mixture of foods and flavours and all was sensational. Hong Kong Mini Burgers (Pork) wicked Gyoza and the Wagyu Tacos are brilliant. Top Wine list reasonably priced. Try the Trentham Rose from NSW. Awesome. The service was outstanding and nothing was too hard. It’s one of these places you know you don’t want to go back to too often, but it’s going to be hard to resist. Go online and check the menu.

The barramundi here was to die for. Absolutely heavenly and a very healthy option. The eggplant (in a sweet marinade) was also definitely worth ordering and SO tasty. Steamed prawn dumplings were all delicious. The drunken chicken was rich and perfectly cooked. A generous serve for 2 to share. We had a coconut cocktail each (which were a bit too sweet) Can't fault the food though. Definitely going back here. We went on a Tuesday night and it was packed. So get there early. We had 3 dishes, rice and 2 cocktails and the bill was $118. Réservez une table maintenant

So we saw the review on TripAdvisor and once again benefited from our discerning members. I just love smart people who create great things and not only have they turned a previously ugly ground floor space into a joyful oasis but the food takes you to new places with each bite. Such a light casual space that also oozes finesse could easily describe the food - let's just say a perfect fusion. Eating 'family style' is really the only way to dine in a small group.

I just had a really nice meal with friends at Pu'er restaurant. It is located in the heart of Danks street shopping area, right next to Aldi store.Food is really good, some great dumplings but also their main dishes are pretty amazing. We ordered some green bean, eggplant and pork belly with eggs. Great food.Service is pretty good, staff are very friendly and helpful today. I will definitely come back again in the future.

Delicious food, great ambiance - small serving that can be shared unhurriedly over pots of tea with friends and family. Not the usual yum cha. No food trolleys in sight. The dishes were creative asian fusion. Great range of food & wonderful selection of tea. Could do with a mahjong table perhaps. A lovely eatery.

I've been here 6 times - albeit, I live round the corner. And despite knowing the menu fairly well, it's always reliable, always delicious. Decent (small) beer range, and they've seated us even late in the evening. Service has always been good. Réservez une table maintenant

This was quirky and classy at the same time, with food like I haven't eaten before. It was a beautiful place to spend with friends, the food was a very good price and very well balanced. The atmosphere is really great.
