I'm not quite sure how to review this place, as I’m almost certain that anyone who has been to Pugs, or will go in the future, isn't really familiar with Yelp. It's a small, unassuming local bar where you can find cheap beer, play a game of pool, and enjoy some excellent people-watching. Most of the customers are regulars with their own favorite spots at the bar, so don’t be surprised if you get a few curious glances as a newcomer. Pugs is also smoker-friendly, so be prepared to leave smelling like you just walked through a cigarette factory. One of my favorite aspects of this place is the resident cat that lounges around and occasionally jumps onto the bar for some affection.
