I hadn't eaten at Qdoba in about five years, mainly because I lived in a remote area where there wasn’t one nearby. So when I spotted a location while traveling, I was really excited to indulge again. Unfortunately, the food was quite bland and lacked any flavor. I specifically requested pinto beans but received black beans instead. When I asked for cheese, I was given just a tiny teaspoon of crumbs. Additionally, instead of the mild queso we requested, we were served the hot version. The hamburger was disappointing as well. We went for lunch at about 1230-1pm and this place was BUSY. Line almost out the door the whole time we were there, and the 4 folks working the line we impressive. They moved quickly, but were still accurate, AND they remained smiling and personable, talking to reach customer, including my kiddos. They had great teamwork, coordinating the madness in the store, as well as takeout orders that were coming through. These guys deserve some recognition for working hard and being positive!! Thanks for a great experience!
Ordering online from this restaurant has consistently been a frustrating experience. Missing items or options are a frequent issue when using their app, often requiring me to call the restaurant to resolve the problem. Though they typically respond with apologies and rectify the situation quickly, it has turned into a significant inconvenience since I can’t even reach them through the phone number provided on their website. In the end, ordering from this restaurant has become more trouble than it’s worth.
Qdoba is where it's at! Every time we pass through Helena, this is our go to place to eat. Delicious Americanozed Mexican food. I got the pulled pork burrito with spicy queso, cheese, guac, pico and sour creme. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would recommend to everyone especially if you like Chipotle or similar places.

Burrito ???? was as good as any generic burrito place (ie., Chipotle). Their soda machine was out of a lot of flavors. I wanted lemonade and added the blueberry flavoring, but turned out as blueberry flavored water... it still mixed well with the unsweetened tea they had so that wasn't bad at all. Plus, they offer military discount!

Staff was amazing. Very friendly, attentive. Made us all (or at least me) feel very welcome. Was extremely busy and he kept apologizing for the wait, but got us all served. Great attitude. Wish I would have caught his name...
We ordered thru Uber and our food was cold by the time we got it. That was on Uber, not Qdoba. The portions are large enough for leftovers and the food is decent Mexican fare.

Food was fresh. Service was a little slow even though there were only 2 of us in line. We had to wait for the one person to make about 6 to go orders. Hmm
Usually pretty good. Have been twice this last month and the food has had little flavor. Not as good as it once was.
