Today was my third time visiting that QBOBA in Peabody. There is a Spanish lady that was serving in the front and she was very disrespectful to me. And in front of all the other customers she treated the manager like trash because the manager told her to prepare my order like I asked her to do it. She should be working in a jungle. And that was my first time seeing her in the restaurant because I never go to that place in there morning , I can describe her as a lady that has a lot of pimples on her face because I don't know her name.
they need to train their employees or change management. the food was rushed and literally thrown together. it was a mess. after eating it got gliding/toss in direction cassers with the brownies, as they do not care at all. also the employee who does not call over their customers in front should complain about their customers. first and last.
One star due to rude staff every time I come here. I am not coming back anymore. I am always given an attitude when I go to this Qdoba and so is the rest of my family. Not to mention all of the other bad reviews stating that the staff are also disrespectful and rude to others. I wish something would be done about it!
