Food is great, most times. You'll get decent service at times, then other times it's horrible. This isn't the cleanest restaurant. I've seen roaches and mice at this restaurant. That's why I gave only two stars. They have maintenance they need done that they neglect. I trip on their broken floor in front of the register and next to the soda machine.Vegetarian options: Impossible meat, tons of veggies and riceKid-friendliness: They have kids meals. I used to love this place and used to visit it FREQUENTLY, at least one or multiple times a week!Unfortunately today they changed how they serve their burrito bowl. They used to serve it in non-plastic paper bowl but today they served us our bowl in a plastic container that’s NOT BPA FREE. We don’t need to be reminded again that food should not be served in non BPA free containers as it has toxic effects on the food. I’m very disappointed with this change and I won’t be going to Qdoba again at this location. Not sure if this change is being rolled out in other locations too.They also charged us for queso and previously they never charged us for the same amount of queso.
When I called to address the issue, the person on the other end seemed annoyed with my call and hung up before I could even confirm if I would get a refund for the chips. I tried calling back several times. The first time, the call was answered but immediately disconnected. Subsequent attempts went unanswered. Eventually, I left a voicemail asking for a refund for the missing items.
The only reason I gave this experience three stars is that I actually received food. However, I definitely regret ordering delivery from Qdoba and won’t be doing so again. (This was for the Bala Cynwyd, PA location with a delivery at 8:13 PM).
I ordered 2 chicken bowls, and the amount we pay for the bowls, we should get at least 1 1/2 spoons of meat with our orders. I asked for just a little more chicken and was told an additional $4. The service was great, and I appreciate the only gentlemen greeting me and saying happy Valentine's Day to me.

They're like a well- oiled machine! Food was fresh, tasty, and served promptly. For the first time at a restaurant my 3 year old finished ALL of his food! Staff was courteous and professional, place was clean.Kid-friendliness: Decomposed taco allowed us to make a kid sized burrito bowl
I ordered online and noticed that some options were missing, so I called and was assured they would handle my order. However, my food ended up being incorrect and tasted bad. Now, we all have stomachaches after eating it.
The server was great. Food was good. It was when I paid with my credit card and the cashier pointed to the tip jar and said you can throw a tip in the jar . Then she shook the jar.
I guess if you gotta get it, this place was close but definitely not my favorite place. Personally I didn't like the feeling in the atmosphere.

Customer service and atmosphere is good but the food was COLD (rice n bean) and flavorless. *I ordered a bowl.
