Rallis Burger Grill

I'm very disappointed with the service lately. I'm a regular customer because I think the owner is very kind. Lately I feel very rushed when placing an order, then they just hang up without even saying goodbye. If I ask questions they seem aggravated. Also, if open until 8, they should take orders until then (like every other restaurant out there). I tried calling tonight at 7:45. They picked up and hung up, then left the phone off the hook. Just really bad service. Service: 1

The poutine here is great, and the entire staff is exceptionally friendly; I would come happy if I were in the food sector: 5 service: 5 atmosphere: 5.
