I used to work at this restaurant, but I was fired after three weeks because I had a bottle in my bag that looked like urine, but it was actually alcohol. The management team, including Richard, had been aware of it since my first day, and I never received any warnings. It's frustrating because some other managers were drinking while on the clock, yet my situation led to my termination. I was let go simply for having alcohol in my bag.
The receipt on the bag correctly listed our drinks: one medium Mr. Pibb and one large Sprite. However, we received a Coke and a root beer instead! We also requested no tomatoes on the cheese champ, but there were some included. It's not a big deal since we can easily take them off. Additionally, we found some extra fries in the order, which was a bit puzzling. Overall, the main issue was the mix-up with the drinks.
I ordered the 5 Piece Classic Wings and 5 Piece Fry-Seasoned Tenders. I would love to leave a review, but instead, I received a Basic Baconzilla, Famous Seasoned Fries, and Funnel Cake Fries. I'm frustrated that my order was incorrect, but I still ended up eating what they gave me.
The burgers were undercooked in the center, and the person at the drive-thru accidentally dropped my loaded fries on the floor. To make matters worse, another employee stood right in front of the window. Réservez une table maintenant
the chicken bite box was perfect BUT THE 2 HOT DOGS WERE DISCOLORED AND OLD!!! I DID NOT EAT IT! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE! IM IN DISBELIEF THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL !
I ordered a three-piece chicken tender meal, but the last tender didn’t seem fully cooked. I couldn’t finish eating it.
This was our final visit to this location. We always request plain burgers, but they are usually not prepared that way.
