Ramen 101 - Réservation de table

As a nurse when I work a 16 hour shift I treat myself to a DoorDash delivery service instead of my meal prep. It's like a way to spoil myself. It was a cold rainy day so I really wanted a warm comforting soup. My usual go to is mall ramen by my side of town which is in a mall. So like I'm not super picky lol (jinya) It's not like a gourmet ramen place. Based on the reviews I decided to order a bowl of ramen and lumpia which was $50. The ramen broth was bland. Which is strange because the broth is usually rich, salty and flavorful for ramen. This was none of those things. The noodles were the worst part. They were hard and stuck together so much I couldn't even get them to cut apart I needed...

I never order from deivery services because Im worried that they wont take the same care as in person. But honestly they thought of everything! The broth is separate from the topping and noodles so if it comes cold you can easily microwave the broth without making your toppings have the microwave texture. The egg isnt cut so that it can preserve its yolk when you pour the broth it still comes to the top and it was a easy cut. My dasher had another stop prior to mine and yet it still was piping hot! Also I have been feeling extremely sick and the Tonkotsu Ramen (Creamy Pork Soup Base) is a damn cure all. I feel so much better! You need a soup with a mothers touch here it is!!!

I got ramen from here on DoorDash and it was absolutely my favorite ramen I’ve had in the SJ area by far. A nice size portion, comes with lots of goodies in it like bamboo shoots, marinated egg, delicious noodles, mushrooms, bean sprouts and more. I also loved the gyoza. Definitely will order and go in person again!

This isn't the most beautiful place, but service is alright and works fast or faster to get orders out to customers. Food was pretty good. My Hawaiian plate lunch with chicken katsu had generous portions for my post-workout meal. I was stuffed. I'll try their ramen and Japanese appetizers next time. Réservez une table maintenant

The portions are big in the ramen. Lots of meat. Nice broth. But the ramen noodles are too thick, too chewy, and were very unsatisfying to eat. They didnt feel fresh. They were stuck in the shape of the bowl no matter what I did. Just not what I wanted. The rangoons are amazing!!

Overcooked and thready chicken in the ramen. Had to leave out all of the chicken out. Not returning here again.The server was also pretty unhelpful when I requested to split the ramen in two bowls. Veggie Tempura was descent.

Chicken Rice bowl was very good. Meat was very tender and the right amount of terriyaki sauce. Enough Rice and some broccoli on the side. This meal was enough for lunch and leftovers for dinner.

Mini teriyaki portion is huge! Taste was pretty good, especially given the price. Crab rangoons were pretty good as well. Lumpia was all right, not amazing, not bad. Réservez une table maintenant

The ramen soup is delicious, not too oily and still tasty. The bbq was also very delightful. Defintely would come again!

food was great. however please ask the restaurant to seal the food bag before handing off to the dasher
