This place is fantastic. The selection is great and the owner is very attentive. I strongly recommend getting a couple of the beef blini and trying some of the deli meats and cheeses. They are well-stocked with pelmeni and sour cream as well, and pelmeni are pretty hard to find even in northern Virginia.
I stumbled upon this amazing eastern euro store, serving up my childhood favorites and unique goodies you won't find anywhere else! The assortment of hard-to-find culinary treasures was made even more memorable by the warm and friendly nature of the owner.

I have been to Virginia on several occasions visiting my partner and this store is a new staple in their family! When searching for options in Eastern European food stores, I found Rashad Gourmet and was impressed with the selection. You have to visit!
Went in one day just looking for some caviar came out of the store with 10/10 service and a great experience. Owners were so nice and helpful. Best specialty gourmet store in the area. I go back now once a week.
My favorite local store. An excellent choice of products and you can always chat with the owner on any topic, which is also nice.
I drop into Rashad Gourmet regularly. I appreciate their Eastern European food selection even though I’m not from that region.
