Worst customer service ever!!!!! I have been to this place and loved it everytime but tonight was horrible i sat with my wife for 1 hour waiting for our food to arrive which it did not!!!! we went to eat last night after rashays punchbowl. we ordered four dishes and drinks. the drinks are watery from any reason in this special rashays! Rashays was always our go to resturant, a place that we supported during lockdown however they have really dropped their quality. The food is more expensive now and the portion are really small. Got served a seafood basket with really less items on it. Asked for a fillet of barramundi and got the smallest fillet which came out raw and when brought to the manager's attention, she didn't even apologise and and was so cold! The sticky date pudding was overly sweet and the chefs are rude, yelling on the wait staff. that was found in my accusations. that was after we were told that there was no good after we got our food, so we had to wait for them to be cute after the cold of our food and only to eat, as nothing else eats. while looking for the cutlery of the manager gives other workers responsible for this problem. The worst experience I had, I and my friend went out to have a meal together, I didn't know it was the most dishonest worker I ever met. there was a young worker for 16 years, who took care of a section on herself, think they, the restaurant was very busy, she did such a great job on herself. as I went up this disastrous worker who worked to swear and scream to the young lady until she actually made her scream, I am so disgusted in the way this lady talked to her, no common courtesy that her customers were listening to everything, this is so a toxic work place that should not be tolerated, that this young situation began to weep
worst fish i have tasted , fish was sooo thin , like reallly r u that stingy with a $2 fish 2ndly the fish had no flavour and as you can see over coooked and burnt not to mention was served with cold hot chips , the chef and manager not doing their jobs right as welll, even the milkshake was terrriblleeeee , I used to enjoy eating here but now they dooo food like this , they doo rubbish food nowww, , my cat wouldnt want to eat this trash , a homeless person wouldnt want to eat this , THAT HOW BAD IT IS
This is one of my favorite places. The staff was prompt and polite. The decor was unique and incredible. Make sure to save room for dessert, because that was the best part of the meal! This is definitely a spot I'll be frequenting
Food was good and restaurant wasn't busy. Could not locate any toilets, staff acted a bit like robots, no engagement.
