Ratskeller Magdeburg

for a very long time we have visited the ratskeller again. it was very crowded this evening. this was also noticed in the service. it took a long time until the drinks were served. the appetizers were still super (spics and soljanka) but the main dishes were partly a pure fall. we have never had such a dry ice-bone (my man) or grillhaxe (I). the other portions appeared quite small but it was older men who no longer eat so much. I had been looking forward to drowning and thüringer knocking. the draught was an ominous green pampe. I only know it from yellow so first disappointment. the thüringer crawled strangely we had to establish that the pale were mixed with rice. thüringer crawled with rice???. then the meat was so dry. perhaps the cook should go on 20 meters and look at the bakery as if cooked pork or grill. even the ovine was dry, which was amazed with a neat speckschwarte at the ovine leg that the chef got it. also for the bill we waited for almost 10 minutes.

we were on business and in a manageable number of people in front of the site. We were completely missed at the place and were just before we were to apologize for the essential. all the more inattentive and unfriendly. this is completely oversized and from my own, hardly to be full, but that should not matter to us. the food quality was surprisingly good. from the appetizer to the main courses to dessert, I would not recommend anyone, as there are significantly better locals in magdeburg.

the ambiente is appropriate to a rat cellar.Leider was locally only moderately filled, about 3 tables. the service was fast and very attentive. the food was sufficient and tasty, but the bratkartoffels were prepared from fried potato columns and in the soljanka served was a lot of kechup.All dishes are very high from the price, for the simple dishes offered.

de locatie is cellular in de gewelven van het bouw. het eten is daroon goed maar niet heel bijzonder.
