I'm really disappointed with the attitude of the people that work here, especially a blonde hair guy and a lady who wears red glasses. I need a washroom key and I called them at the front, but I saw that they still played their phone at the back. Then, I raised my voice to call them again and that girl finally came to the front to ask me what do I need. Moreover, after she gave me the key and she hurried to go back to the back to play the phone with that guy. But the point is I still want to order some drinks, and then I had to call her again. We came this place every weekend. The drinks is average, but it open late and there are a coupe table for us hang out. However, last night was the last time for us. Last night, I and my friends was hanging out in this store. We knew the store would be closed at 11pm. At 11pm, we were about to leave. However, we were still there because there were about 5,6 people who were standing in the line to order drinks. There was a server who was standing in the counter and yelled us the store was closed and you guys have to leave NOW . There is another way to ask customer please, not yell at them. It 's RUDE! NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
Drinks here are good. The reason for 2 stars is the service. First couple times we came here, the staff said they can 't take cash because there was something wrong with the system. However, the third time couple months later, the employee still using the same excuse. I don 't mind if they have a policy or just a sign stating no cash, card only . Just stop lying, next time I wont waste my time coming in with cash.
R&B Tea is located in a small plaza with limited parking. I love their aesthetics inside as well. Honestly, their drinks the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and Matcha Stormy with boba were good, but one of the employees was very rude and the service was horrible. If I wanted to try their drinks again, I would rather just go to a different location next time since they have many locations.

I visit this place every weekend, and I've found a new drink that I absolutely love. It's called Dragon Fruit Stormi, and it is incredibly delicious!

The staff was friendly, and although it was somewhat busy during my visit, my order arrived relatively quickly. Food rating: 5/5.

Matcha stormy is super good and so creamy! They also sell Vietnamese snacks and that’s a plus.
Love love love their Stormy drinks because of the sea salt cream. Nom nom.
