I've had a few disappointing experiences at this restaurant lately. The jerk chicken I ordered resembled jerky both in appearance and taste. I requested gravy on the side, but it ended up slathered all over the rice instead. The person who answered the phone hung up so quickly after taking my order that I barely had a chance to say anything else. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. With subpar jerk chicken and mushy rice, they could definitely work on improving their customer service as well.
I've been a fan of Jerk Center since they were located at the end of Rockbridge many years ago. If you know, you know! The food is fantastic, and their specialty is jerk. My only wish is that they offered dine-in options occasionally. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!
The food is definitely worth the visit. The service, on the other hand... let's just say it's not the kind of place for a leisurely sit-down meal, and the service reflects that. However, the main reason to go is for the food, and it certainly delivers on that front.
Saturday, Sept 9 at 3 pm. The little girl on the register has “ZERO” idea of what customer service is. She was very unpleasant. These businesses need to train their workers! As for the food, they were out of 3 things, so I got a vege patty, which was very good.

This was recommended to me. I went on a Sunday. I ordered the pork and chicken combo. I was told no pork on a Sunday, no sign informing of that, and no receipt was given.
The light complexion woman(scalp hair cut) attitude is awful for no reason. She has very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO ETIQUETTE. However, the food was good.
The cashier is so rude! She referred to a guy as “Darkie” when calling him up to pick up his food from the counter he was stunned just like everyone else.
Customer service is horrible..the women has nasty attitudes and rude...never pleasant act like u owe them something..me nor my family will ever go back!!
