This is a lengthy review, but it’s important to share our experience. My family and I called an hour in advance to reserve a takeout order for 13 people, ready by 6 pm. We were assured it wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived at 5:50 pm, the table was ready, but a heavy-set woman told me we couldn’t be seated until everyone in the party had arrived. I understood that. At 6 pm, everyone except one person showed up. I informed the same woman that all but one had arrived, but she rudely insisted that everyone had to be there before we could be seated and that we had to wait. We visited Royal Red Robin to indulge in something hearty before our movie night at AMC, and the burgers certainly met our expectations. Our server was great, bringing us napkins in anticipation of the mess that comes with a delicious burger. However, I wasn’t a fan of the fries. They weren't terrible, but their texture was oddly soggy without actually being soggy. I tried the garlic fries, and they really needed more salt to achieve the perfect flavor balance. It’s been about a decade since I last dined at a Royal Red Robin, so I can't comment on whether the quality has improved or declined. Unlimited fries! The endless fries are fantastic! My waitress offered me a blend of sweet potato and regular fries without any additional charge. I mentioned that we were in a rush to make it to a movie, and she provided us with prompt service. Before I became a vegetarian, I really enjoyed their burgers, particularly the Whiskey River Burger.
This restaurant truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service. I'm very impressed with how much this location has improved since my visit two years ago. The America's White Table display really touched my heart; it was a moving tribute. Thank you for honoring our veterans.

It was an early birthday gift for me from my mom. The burgers were on point. The drinks was yummy. And that beer cheese I need the recipe. That beer cheese can go with anything.
This is an excellent restaurant with a diverse menu selection. The service is superb, and the staff is very friendly! I will definitely return time and time again!
Had a lovely waitress. Maybe Milley, with curly hair. Sweet, professional, accurate, and attentive. Best waitress I've had in a long time.
